How to Make a Claim
1. Send Email to our customer service email cs@nagiean.com. Please be sure to include the following in your request:
- Clear photos of the full item as well as the problem area(in JPEG format)
- Your order No.
- Your current shipping address
2. Once the claim approved(it will take 1-2 business day), we will send you new replacement.
